2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

We take every reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and colours are accurate. Please note: Colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings. As products are handcrafted or assembled, minor variations may occur. Product photographs are for illustration purposes only.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to: Cancel or refuse an order; Limit purchase quantities; Correct pricing or website errors; and Cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We accept payment methods displayed during checkout. All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia and selected international destinations. Orders are generally dispatched within 7 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to: Australia Post delays, Courier delays, Public holidays, Weather events, and Customs processing for international orders. Once your parcel has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the shipping provider.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is supplied, additional postage costs may apply to resend your order.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies where products: are faulty, are significantly different from their description, or are not fit for their intended purpose. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind unless required by law. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product designs, journal layouts, planner pages, text, graphics, photography, and branding, is the intellectual property of Hatch & Hope unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.

11. Personal Use Only

Products sold by Hatch & Hope are intended for personal use only. Our journals, inserts and printable materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, scanned, distributed, or commercially reproduced without written permission.

We aim to keep our website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website without notice.

16. Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer: discount codes, sales, promotional offers, and free gifts. These promotions: cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied retrospectively, may be withdrawn at any time, may have specific terms and expiry dates

17. Gift Cards

Where available: Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this website. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
